New East Herts Walk and Talk Group:

The aim of the walks is to provide support for the bereaved in a group setting. We hope that you will also enjoy some physical and mental health benefits. The group will be held on the 2nd Friday morning of every month and will last between 60 and 90 minutes. All walks will be along flat circular routes and will be held in various locations around East and North Herts. If you are interested in joining the group please contact our helpline  and ask to be added to the waiting list. You will need your own transport.

This group has been kindly supported by East Herts District Council and Cllr. Peter Ruffles
